The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, and optionally email, project type, location, area, budget, start time and message. We also record the page you were on, the project you were viewing and, if present, the campaign source in the link you followed.

We use this only to reply to you and to plan your project. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails it to us, and may be copied to a private spreadsheet that only the studio can open. We do not sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time at [email protected].

Remembered interest

If you view projects or follow a link about a particular kind of work (for example farmhouses or home interiors), your browser stores that interest in its local storage so the site can show you more relevant work next time. It never leaves your device and is not used to track you. Use “See all work” or clear your browser data to remove it. The site works normally if storage is blocked.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not track individuals across sites, so there is no cookie banner.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your number is handled under WhatsApp’s own policies and ours as above.
